25 YEARS OF INNOVATION
Since 1995, under the name of MICRO-DOSIS TECHNOLOGIES, we started our machine manufacturing activity in West Africa, introducing the micro-dosis concept.
Micro-dosis is a single dose, with a sale price equal to a piece of 25, 50 or 100 Fcfa perfectly adapted to the purchasing power of the general public.
This began with seasoning powder, milk powder, detergent, mustard, tea, fruit juice, yogurt, bleach and snacks.
The next great innovation in African market dates back to 2004, when Mr. PRIETO, as Packaging Development Director of SIMPA company, presented the concept of the stick as an optimization of micro-doses. In fact, the stick is a micro-dose in which the packaging material is optimized and allows a great saving of space, energy and labor.
The first company to adopt the stick was PATISEN for its ADJA 15 g seasoning. Many other companies subsequently adopted it for all types of products that have made this form of packaging an unprecedented success.
That's how, today we have the highest concentration of multitrack machines in the world in the brand we exclusively represnt in West Africa: INEVER
Since 2012, we introduced another innovation with laser markers. These mainly replace inkjet printers in large-scale multitrack machines. These lasers allow, in addition to dating, to make pre-cuts that facilitate the easy open function.
Large amounts of ink and solvents are saved every day with the additional obvious protection of personnel and the environment.
We are currently trying to introduce Doypack type bags, with or without lids, to replace rigid, heavier and more expensive packages. Likewise, the use of multitrack machines for larger bag formats that can not longer be considered a stick, such as 6 tracks of 25g powdered milk
